2020 - GAP Designers - designed a solution for an extension to the rear of an existing home and created a 3D Model
for the Client to understand the concept.
2023 - The Client decided to add 2 Storey Additions to the new project and so we designed an upper floor
concept which was accepted and then we fully documented amended plans & elevations for the Private Certifier.

Alterations & Additions - to an existing dwelling owned by a young family who selected GAP Designers to redesign the rear of their exisitng family home. New open floor plan layout including new Kitchen / Dining / Living & rear deck.
CDC approved 2020 (Completed October 2021 - Hyland Builders)
