GAP Designers designed & documented new Commercial Additions adding a 2 storey Residence above 3 shops that also included enough Carparking to cater for arriving customers and access to the dwelling.

We worked together with the owner to keep his business operating whist building this project. We designed the new shop next door and made access to the residence above via the Carpark and rear of the Fast food store.

​

The client was very happy with our design work & lodging his DA & Construction applications - Council approvals, made his life easy to carry on with his business in the shop.
