Alterations & Additions - to an existing dwelling owned by a young family who selected GAP Designers to redesign the interior living / kitchen of their exisitng family home. Renovations included - New Kitchen, New Rumpus & Laundry with an open floor plan layout + new covered entertainment area including deck.

We refered a Private Certifier to the Owner and made sure that we communicated with him directly with the entire approval stage.
The Owner was happy for us to involve Professional Consultants that we use on a daily basis which saved him time and money.
